Lifejacket light type Jack A1-Alk
High performance SOLAS alkaline LED lifejacket light that far exceeds the requirements by SOLAS. This light will continue to flash for several days. The light is an automatic water activated light type with a manual on/off button, and a flashing light type.
In automatic/dry mode, the button function as a test button: When pressed the light flashes rapidly for a few seconds, thereafter the button is inactive for approximately a minute. This function is to discourage people from playing with the light.
The light will turn on automatically, if in contact with water. After being activated, the light stays turned on disregarding the water contacts are lifted out of the water. In this water activated mode/wet mode, the button function as a manual on/off button for minimum 24 hours. If the contacts dry out, the light will return to automatic mode after 24 hours.
Lifejacket light type Jack ARH-Alk
High performance SOLAS alkaline LED lifejacket light that far exceeds the requirements by SOLAS. This light is ideally for recessed lifejackets, both can also easily be fitted to normal lifejackets. The light is an automatic water activated light type with a manual on/off button, and a flashing light type.

Life Buoy light type BL-2H-Alk
High performance SOLAS alkaline LED buoy light that far exceeds the requirements by SOLAS. The light is an automatic water activated light and a flashing light type. The light is equipped with a test button: When pressed the light flashes rapidly in a short sequence.
The light will turn on automatically, if in contact with water. The light will turn off when lifted out of the water.
The light is approved to heights above the water up to 72 meters meeting the requirements for very large ships.
Life raft light type Raft Combi Ex/In 2-Alk
High performance SOLAS alkaline LED raft light that far exceeds the requirements by SOLAS. The light consists of 3 parts, battery/internal light, lead and external lamp. It is a manual operated light, with an internal constant light and an external flashing light. It is activated by moving the activation arm around the corner clockwise on the battery. The battery is to be installed inside the raft in such a way, that the clip connected to the activation arm, by the inflation of the raft, pulls the arm around the corner and activates the light. When the light is activated, the internal light can be turned off and on by pressing the internal light on/off button.

Alcares ApS is founded in 2010 and has already experienced an impressive business development.
Alcares ApS is situated in Denmark near wonderful Copenhagen. All assembly of lights is done here at our 400m2 factory. We are of course ISO certified to ensure high quality products and certification of all our lights.
Our aim is to become the world leading manufacturer of marine emergency lights.
With a very fast assembly time, we can quickly adjust the production to meet requirement and therefore deliver lights within a short timetable, of course always depending on the amount of lights required. When we give you a timetable for delivery we will commit ourselves to fulfil the obligation.
